I've recently been introduced to a really neat program at the YMCA called "tot time." Little tots can bring their riding toys, Big Wheels, scooters, etc. and roll till their hearts content around a roller hockey rink. Children's music and "fancy" lights add to the excitement!Carter and I met part of a playgroup at the Y last Wednesday... our first time!
He was not too sure on the skates, but did a fair job considering it was his first time with shoes that rolled. And, he did a fine job "sharing" (okay, stealing) the other kids riding toys on several occasions!
Carter LOVED it! I LOVED it! Maybe next time I will be on skates!
A really neat day! We will be back often!
